LUMAX AUTO TECHNOLOGIES LTD : ACQUISITION OF REMAINING EQUITY STAKE IN LUMAX FAE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED

• Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining 15.97% equity stake in Lumax FAE Technologies Private Limited (LFAE) from Francisco Albero SAU (FAE). • As a result, LFAE has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumax Auto Technologies Limited. • FAE will continue to provide technical support to LFAE and has permitted the use of "FAE" in the name of LFAE for a mutually agreed period.
