STARLINEPS ENTERPRISES LIMITED : PROPOSES 50% STAKE IN CELLORAA ENERGY FOR RS 160 CR

• Board approved investment of 50% in aggregate post money paid-up equity share capital of Celloraa Energy Private Limited. • Investment value set at ₹160 Cr (Rupees One Hundred Sixty Crore) via subscription of new equity shares. • Acquisition to be made in one or more tranches, subject to customary conditions precedent and regulatory approvals. • Celloraa Energy is establishing a 1.2 GW solar cell manufacturing facility with advanced German technology. • Target entity's line of business is manufacturing of solar cells; incorporation date is February 6, 2026. • The acquisition is expected to be completed within the next 12 months.
