• Pine Labs Limited has invested INR 24,99,93,297 (~₹25 Cr) in 49,869 equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, Synergistic Financial Networks Private Limited (SFNPL), via a Rights Issue. • This investment does not change the shareholding percentage of Pine Labs in SFNPL. • SFNPL operates in the Financial Technology industry and facilitates financial transactions. • The purpose of the investment is to meet working capital needs and pursue growth opportunities for SFNPL and its step-down subsidiaries. • The transaction was completed on June 29, 2026.
