• Accord Transformers & Switchgear Ltd has received a significant domestic purchase order for the supply of transformers. • The order is for an amount of ₹19,97,50,400 (Nineteen Crore Ninety Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Four Hundred). • The order is for 3.6 MVA, 33kV/690V Wind Turbine Transformers & 3.6 MVA, 33kV/950V Wind Turbine Transformers for a Wind Project located at Gadag-1, Karnataka. • The projects are scheduled to be completed within 5 months tentatively. • These orders do not result in any change in the business model, risk profile, or financial position of the Company.
