• Acquired an additional 1,68,184 equity shares of Updater Services Limited ("UDS"). • Acquisition forms part of ongoing treasury management operations. • SIS Limited's aggregate shareholding in UDS now stands at 32,67,184 equity shares, representing 4.88% of paid-up equity share capital. • Cost of acquisition was ₹3.11 crore. • UDS operates in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Business Support Services (BSS) industry. • For FY26, UDS reported a turnover of ₹1,762.41 crore.
