SHILPA MEDICARE : SIGNS CO-DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPLY PACT WITH ORION CORPORATION

• Shilpa Biologicals Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, enters into a co-development and supply agreement with Orion Corporation, Finland. • The agreement is for intravenous (IV) Nivolumab biosimilar, a cancer immunotherapy. • Orion will hold exclusive rights to register, market, distribute and sell the product across Europe. • Shilpa Biologicals will lead product development and serve as the exclusive manufacturer and supplier for the European market. • Shilpa is entitled to receive development and regulatory milestone payments, plus supply revenue. • The partnership aims to increase patient access to the biosimilar in Europe.
