OPT IEMUS : ACQUIRES BIGTECH FOR RS 107.99 CR

• Optiemus Infracom to acquire 1,07,99,460 equity shares of Bharat Innovative Glass Technologies Private Limited ("Bigtech") at ₹10/- per share. • Total consideration for the acquisition is ₹107.99 Cr, paid in cash. • Bigtech, a subsidiary and joint venture, is setting up a manufacturing facility. • Optiemus Infracom to also enter into a loan agreement with GDN Enterprises Private Limited for an unsecured loan of up to ₹100 Cr for a period of 3 years at an interest rate of 8.50% per annum.
