BCL INDUSTRIES : COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF 25% STAKE IN SVAKSHA DISTILLERY

• Acquisition of remaining 25% equity stake in Svaksha Distillery Limited for a total cash consideration of ₹55 crore. • Svaksha Distillery is now a wholly owned subsidiary of BCL Industries. • Transaction completed through purchase of 14,98,632 equity shares. • Svaksha Distillery has an installed capacity of 350 KLPD and reported revenue of ₹899 crore in FY26. • Acquisition expected to drive operational synergies and support long-term growth strategy.
