• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench approves the scheme of amalgamation of DVS Industries Private Limited with MM Forgings Limited. • The order was pronounced on 19 June 2026 and uploaded on 29 June 2026. • The scheme will come into effect upon filing certified copies of the order with the Registrar of Companies. • The transferor company, DVS Industries Private Limited, will stand dissolved once the order is filed. • The amalgamation is between a wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company.
