• Allotted 9,71,63,362 Rights Equity Shares of face value ₹1 each at issue price of ₹4.86 per share (premium ₹3.86 per share) • Total amount raised via rights issue ₹47,22,13,943.32 (incl. ₹15,37,15,000 via conversion of promoter's unsecured loan) • Post-allotment paid-up equity capital increased to ₹98,23,74,228 from 98,23,74,228 equity shares • Listing & trading approval to be obtained from BSE & NSE • Allotment of 3,16,28,600 shares to Promoter Mrs. Mona Viral Shah via loan conversion
