• Order awarded by Public Works Department, Government of Delhi. • Contract is for strengthening and other works of various roads under South Maintenance Zone, PWD during 2026-27. • The estimated tender cost was Rs. 256.46 Crores. • CIL's L1 bid was Rs. 330.84 Crores (including GST), approx. 29% above estimated cost. • Construction period is 375 days, followed by 12 months defect liability period and 48 months free maintenance.
