• NCLT Chennai Bench approves the scheme of amalgamation of DVS Industries Private Limited (Transferor) with MM Forgings Limited (Transferee) • The scheme was approved by the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench on 19.06.2026. • The order pronouncement date was 19 June 2026, and the online order was uploaded on 29 June 2026. • The scheme will come into effect upon filing certified copies of the orders with the Registrar of Companies. • The Transferor Company shall stand dissolved once the order copy is filed with the Registrar of Companies.
