• The company has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Solarium Green Energy Limited. • The LOA is for execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for a utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV Project. • The project involves development of an approximately 50 MW AC / 65 MW DC Solar PV Project. • The contract also includes Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services for a period of three (3) years. • The aggregate contract value is ₹175,00,00,000/-, comprising ₹170,00,00,000/- for EPC and ₹5,00,00,000/- for O&M. • The works are in the ordinary course of the company's existing business.
