• Afcons Infrastructure has received a favorable arbitration award amounting to ₹148.67 Crores. • The award pertains to claims arising out of a Tunnel Project. • The Arbitral Tribunal has also directed to release the Bank Guarantee of Afcons. • The awarded amount is payable subject to the counter-party not challenging the award. • There will be a positive impact on the financial position of the Company.
