MUKKA PROTEINS LIMITED : DELAYS ACQUISITION OF MUKKA PROTEINS VIETNAM CO., LTD.

• The company announced a further delay in the execution of its acquisition of Mukka Proteins Vietnam Co., Ltd. • The acquisition was intended to be for an amount not exceeding ₹10,00,000/-, equivalent to 70% of the issued and paid-up share capital. • The original announcement date was 26th July 2025 and 31st December 2025. • The expected completion date was 30th June 2026, now revised to 31st December 2026. • The reason for the delay is attributed to obtaining regulatory approvals in Vietnam.
