• Board approves issuance of ~12.07 lakh equity shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at ₹348 per share. • Total amount raised from this tranche is ₹41.99 Cr. • Company also approves issuance of ~2.95 lakh equity shares to Non-QIBs at ₹348 per share, for ₹10.25 Cr. • Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for July 23, 2026, to seek shareholder approval.
