Ltd. for ₹4.33 crore. • MTK Quantum is a special purpose vehicle for owning and operating a captive power plant. • The acquisition is part of a strategic move to secure renewable energy. • The entity was incorporated on October 29, 2025, and is currently setting up a Captive Solar Power Plant. • No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the acquisition.
