• The company received two orders during June 2026. • The total value of these orders is Rs. 534.85 crore (excluding GST). • Both orders pertain to the Transportation Division of the Company. • These orders have been received in the normal course of business. • The Promoters / Promoter Group / Group Companies do not have any interest in the entities that have awarded the projects and don't fall under Related Party Transaction.
