HINDWARE HOME INNOVATION LIMITED : ACQUIRED ENTIRE SHAREHOLDING IN HINTESTICA PRIVATE LIMITED

• Hindware Home Innovation Limited has acquired 5,48,787 equity shares of Hintastica Private Limited (HPL). • The shares were acquired from Atlantic Société Française de Développement Thermique. • The aggregate purchase consideration was INR 2,78,83,867.47/-, which is approximately ₹2.79 Cr. • Post-acquisition, HPL has ceased to be a joint venture and has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindware Home Innovation. • Existing joint venture arrangements between the parties have been terminated. • The company intends to continue and expand the water heater business through HPL under the “hindware” brand.
