Xduce Technologies Private Limited on June 30, 2026. • The alliance aims to create operational and business synergies across mutually identified areas. • Xduce Technologies Private Limited has acquired a strategic equity stake of approximately 24% in Dev Information Technology Limited. • The agreement is a framework agreement setting out the principles of collaboration between the parties. • No monetary consideration has been paid or received for execution of the agreement.
