• Mr. T. Jaisankar has resigned as Chief Executive Officer ("Key Managerial Personnel") of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 30 June 2026, owing to health reasons. • He will continue to be associated with the Company as an employee in a role to be decided by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. • His resignation is only from the CEO position and does not result in cessation of employment with the Company. • Reason for change: Resignation as CEO and KMP due to health reasons. • Date of cessation: 30th June 2026. Impact: Neutral (Resignation from CEO position due to health, but will continue as employee)
