CRAFTSMAN AUTOMATION LTD : TRANSACTION UNDER ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT COMPLETED
• Craftsman Automation's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Limited, has completed the sale of certain identified plant and machinery and related assets to SPR Auto Technologies Limited. • The transaction was consummated in two tranches, with the second and final tranche closing on June 30, 2026. • The total consideration for the sale is ₹28 Crores, exclusive of applicable GST. • Sunbeam received ₹10 Crores on December 31, 2025, and the remaining ₹18 Crores on June 30, 2026. • SPR Auto Technologies Limited is not a related party and the transaction is at arm's length.
