SPR AUTO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED : ACQUIRES ASSETS WORTH RS 28 CR

• The company has completed the acquisition of identified plant and machinery and related assets from Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Limited • The aggregate consideration for the transaction is ₹28 Crores, exclusive of applicable GST • A sum of ₹10 crore, exclusive of GST, was paid on December 31, 2025 • The remaining consideration of ₹18 crore, exclusive of GST, was paid upon completion on June 30, 2026 • The transaction is structured as a purchase of identified assets on a piecemeal basis
