• Sale of identified Non-Performing Assets (NPA) with more than 180 Days Past Due (DPD) from Housing Finance Portfolio concluded. • The NPA portfolio had principal outstanding amounting to ₹291.44 Crore as on May 31, 2026. • Sold to Assets Care and Reconstruction Enterprise Limited (ACRE) for ₹119.49 Crore (41% of portfolio). • Transaction is on an outright cash basis. • Disclosure is in continuation to the letter dated June 15, 2026.
