• REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) transferred entire shareholding of two subsidiaries on June 30, 2026 • The subsidiaries, WR ER Part A Power Transmission Limited and WR ER Part C Power Transmission Limited, were sold to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and H G Infra Engineering Limited respectively • The consideration for WR ER Part A Power Transmission Limited was ₹18,61,68,233, and for WR ER Part C Power Transmission Limited was ₹11,92,59,679 • Both transactions are not in the nature of slump sale and are determined in accordance with Ministry of Power guidelines • The successful bidders do not belong to the promoter or promoter group
