• Default on repayment of interest/principal amount on loans from Banks. • Current default amount (break-up of principal and interest in INR crore) as per table below. • Lenders include ARCIL, IDBI Bank, RBL, Axis Bank, ABFL, IndusInd Bank, Vani Agencies Pvt. Ltd., ICNCL. • Date of default: May 31, 2026. • Total outstanding borrowings from Banks / financial institutions: ₹1,206.03 Cr (as on Aug 10, 2023) and ₹1,500 Cr (as on Feb 22, 2023). • Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated on February 22, 2023, with an interim moratorium. • Hon'ble NCLAT dismissed the NCLAT Appeal on August 10, 2023, reinstating CIRP. • Supreme Court granted a stay to financial creditors from remitting amounts received during the stay period of CIRP.
