MTNL: CHANGE IN SENIOR MANAGEMENT

• Shri Raghvendra Gupta has ceased to hold the office of Chief General Manager (CGM), MTNL Delhi and PGM(D&EB)/PGM(O&WS) MTNL Delhi, with effect from 30.06.2026(A/N) on attaining the age of superannuation. • Ms. Kiran Dubey, GM (South) MTNL Delhi shall look after the Charge of Chief General Manager (CGM), MTNL Delhi and PGM(D&EB)/PGM(O&WS) MTNL Delhi in addition to her existing duties, without extra remuneration in the interest of service, with immediate effect till further orders. • Impact: Change in senior management personnel.
