• Airtel Money Limited, a subsidiary, has commenced its commercial operations as a Type II Non-Deposit accepting Non-Banking Financial Company. • This follows its Certificate of Registration issued by the Reserve Bank of India on February 13, 2026. • The company has a valid Certificate of Registration dated 13/02/2026 under section 45 IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. • RBI does not accept responsibility for the financial soundness or correctness of statements made by the company.
