• Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Limited has become wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Limited w.e.f July 1, 2026 • This follows completion of all closing actions as stipulated in the share purchase agreement executed on April 8, 2026 • Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Limited shall henceforth comply with all statutory requirements/compliances applicable to wholly owned subsidiary of listed company • Information provided in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR
