• Sai Parenterals Limited subsidiary Noumed Pharmaceuticals Pty Limited entered OTC medicines Supply Agreement with Australia's leading pharmacy network. • Contract valued at Australian Dollars (AUD) 202 Million (equivalent to INR 1300 crores). • Significant terms include an exclusive OTC medicine supply agreement for a period of 7.5 years with a further option of 3 years extension upon mutual consent. • The entity awarding the contract is an International Entity, and the nature of the contract is international. • The promoter/promoter group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s). • The order(s)/contract(s) would not fall within related party transactions.
