• The National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench has sanctioned the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Ltd with Maithan Alloys Ltd. • The scheme became operative from 31st March, 2024 (Appointed Date) with effect from 30th June, 2026 (Effective Date). • All assets and liabilities of Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Limited have been transferred to Maithan Alloys Limited. • Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Limited stood dissolved with effect from 30th June, 2026. • Information submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
