• Nanomi B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary, completed the acquisition of 11,794,497 shares from existing shareholders of Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc. (MPPI) on July 01, 2026. • MPPI completed the buy-back of 61,118 shares from two existing shareholders on July 01, 2026, with buy-back for the balance 30,559 shares in progress. • Nanomi's shareholding in MPPI increased from 56.28% to 99.89% effective July 01, 2026.
