POEL ACQUIRES 51% STAKE IN TRICHY METALS AND ALLOYS PRIVATE LIMITED

• POEL to acquire 51% of the paid-up equity share capital of Trichy Metals and Alloys Private Limited (TMA) for ₹1246.89 Cr. • Investment to be made via acquisition of shares from existing shareholders and further subscription on preferential basis. • TMA is engaged in manufacturing and trading of lead ingots, lead alloys and other non-ferrous metals. • TMA reported a turnover of ₹163.74 Cr and profit after tax of ₹3.60 Cr for FY ended March 31, 2026. • Acquisition is expected to be completed on or before August 30, 2026. • TMA will become a subsidiary of POEL Enterprises Limited upon completion.
