• The transaction for the sale/transfer of 100% stake in BASF India Coatings Private Limited to Bond German BidCo 2 GmbH and Bond France BidCo SAS has been concluded on 30th June 2026. • The consideration received by the company was INR 230.16 crore. • Consequently, BASF India Coatings Private Limited has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
