TECH MAHINDRA ACQUIRES ALYIS SERVICOS TECNICOS LTDA FOR ₹2.21 CR

• Tech Mahindra Servicos De Informatica S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary, executed a Quota Purchase Agreement with Orange Business Services Brasil LTDA. • Transaction is for acquisition of Alyis Serviços Técnicos LTDA, a Brazilian IT services firm in the telecommunications sector. • Alyis Serviços, incorporated on May 27, 2026, had no turnover as of July 1, 2026. • The acquisition cost is BRL 1.2mn (approximately ₹2.21 Cr). • Upon completion, Alyis Serviços will become a wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary of Tech Mahindra. • Indicative time period for completion is July 2, 2026.
