AUROBINDO PHARMA : COMPLETION OF TRANSFER OF DOMESTIC BUSINESS TO SUBSIDIARY

• Company's domestic branded generic pharmaceutical formulations products business has been transferred to Auropharm Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary. • The transfer was completed on a slump sale basis as per a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA). • The business operations are now being undertaken by Auropharm Limited with effect from July 1, 2026.
