• Commencement of 7.5 MW captive solar power plant commissioned in Kheda District, Gujarat. • The plant became operational in mid-June 2026 and is expected to reflect in EBITDA from 1st July 2026. • Estimated useful life of the plant is 25 years. • Monthly power cost savings are estimated at ~₹45 Lakhs, with annualised savings at ~₹5.4 Cr. • The initiative reinforces the company's commitment to renewable energy and sustainable operations.
