TALBROS AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS LTD : SIGNS JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT
• Company executed a Joint Venture Agreement with Lohum Cleantech Private Limited. • The JV will focus on trading, manufacturing, producing, and refining of recovered Carbon Black (rCB) and devulcanized rubber. • The JV company will be named Lohum Talbros CarbonTech Private Limited. • Lohum Cleantech will hold 51% stake and Talbros Automotive Components will hold 49% stake. • Initial consideration paid towards equity share capital is INR 1,00,000. • Talbros Automotive Components will nominate two directors to the JV's board, while Lohum Cleantech will nominate three.
