BIKAJI FOODS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED : COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF JAI BARBAREEK DEV SNACKS PVT LTD
• Bikaji Foods International Limited has completed the acquisition of 74% of the Equity Share Capital of Jai Barbareek Dev Snacks Private Limited (JBDSPL). • The acquisition, valued at ₹1.48 lakh, makes JBDSPL a subsidiary of Bikaji Foods International Limited. • JBDSPL is engaged in manufacturing and selling snacks and namkeen items, and also undertakes contract manufacturing for Bikaji. • The acquisition is expected to accelerate business growth and enhance market presence in Chhattisgarh. • The business of JBDSPL is not outside the main line of business of Bikaji Foods International Limited.
