• Board of Directors approved the scheme of amalgamation of Dealskart Online Services Private Limited and Lenskart Eyetech Private Limited with and into Lenskart Solutions Limited. • The scheme is subject to requisite statutory and regulatory approvals. • The company also approved the incorporation of a Joint Venture Company in India with Mingfeng Glassesworld Limited, China. • The JV will manufacture metal spectacle frames in India.
