• ITAT Bengaluru deleted disallowances for AY 2017-18 and AY 2020-21 amounting to approx. ₹4.50 crore and ₹0.58 crore respectively on account of no TDS being applicable on payments made by overseas branches. • ITAT however sustained disallowance of ₹7 lakh payment to a UK resident. • Company expects to receive a refund for the deleted amounts.
