• Promoter Mr. Praveen Tyagi has disclosed details regarding creation of additional pledge on equity shares. • The pledge is against a fresh loan of ₹50 Cr availed by the company's subsidiary, VVIP Realtech Private Limited. • Total 31,58,000 equity shares have been pledged as security, bringing the total encumbered shares to 54,76,000. • This pledge is independent of earlier disclosures and does not change ownership or control of VVIP Infratech. • The loan will be utilized for business growth and working capital of the subsidiary.
