BLS E-SERVICES LIMITED : ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARE CAPITAL OF ATYATI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED

• BLS E-Services Limited, a listed subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited, acquired 100% equity share capital of Atyati Technologies Private Limited (ATPL) on July 02, 2026. • ATPL has now become a step-down subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited. • The acquisition was made for a cash consideration of ₹156.82 crores, subject to certain conditions. • Atyati Technologies Private Limited is an AI-powered banking technology service provider involved in banking and financial institutions and Business Correspondent (BC) services. • This acquisition aims to expand and consolidate BLS's BC business and broaden its reach in the financial inclusion sector. • Atyati Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in 2006 and reported a turnover of ₹375.8 Crores for FY 2025-26.
