June 30, 2026 and appointed Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) from July 01, 2026. • The Board accepted his redesignation and expressed appreciation for his contribution as CEO. • The company cites evolving business priorities and focus on innovation for the change. • Mr. Shah will continue to be part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Chairman. • Terms and conditions of employment remain unchanged except for designation and responsibilities.
