PAYTM : GRANTS PAYMENT INSTITUTION LICENSE TO LUXEMBOURG SUBSIDIARY

• Paytm Europe, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of One 97 Communications, has been granted a payment institution license by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg. • The license, effective July 02, 2026, allows Paytm Europe to provide services including execution of payment transactions, credit transfers, and acquiring of payment transactions. • The disclosure is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • This disclosure will also be hosted on the Company's website at https://ir.paytm.com/.
