NESTLE INDIA : DECLARES SPECIAL DIVIDEND 2026 OF RS 2/-
• The Board of Directors has declared a Special Dividend 2026 of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- • The dividend will be paid out of the retained earnings of the Company • The dividend is subject to the approval of members at the 67th Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 3, 2026 • The dividend will be paid on and from July 30, 2026 • Record date for the dividend is July 10, 2026 Impact: Neutral (Standard dividend declaration; no significant deviation from expectations)
