• Allcargo Global Limited (AGL) has successfully listed its shares on the National Stock Exchange & Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) under the ticker symbol "AGL". • The listing marks the completion of the Allcargo Group's demerger and restructuring initiated four years ago. • Allcargo Group will now have four strategically focused listed entities: Allcargo Global, Allcargo Logistics Limited, Allcargo Terminals Limited, and TransIndia Real Estate Limited. • Allcargo Global Limited is an integrated international supply chain company. • The company's wholly owned global subsidiary, ECU Worldwide, is the world's largest global LCL consolidator.
