JSW STEEL LIMITED : NCLT SANCTIONS AMALGAMATION SCHEME
• JSW Steel Limited will amalgamate with Amba River Coke Limited, Monnet Cement Limited, and JSW Retail and Distribution Limited, following sanction from the NCLT, Mumbai. • The amalgamation is effective upon filing the certified order with the Registrar of Companies. • The NCLT has ordered the dissolution of the transferor companies without winding up.
