• CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited is proposing to acquire 100% ownership in Epitome Cloud Inc., which will also lead to the indirect acquisition of its subsidiary, Epitomecloud Technology Private Limited. • The consideration for the acquisition is approximately INR 40 crore, subject to adjustments. • Epitome Cloud Inc., a US-based technology services company, specializes in digital transformation and enterprise platform services. • The target's standalone turnover was USD 3,281,880 in CY 2023, USD 4,116,898 in CY 2024, and USD 2,867,087 in CY 2025. • The acquisition is expected to be completed within 8 to 12 weeks.
