• Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited (ORIL) incorporated "ABOR Projects LLP" (ABOR/LLP) as a joint venture with M/s. A B Composites Private Limited. • A B Composites holds 51% stake and ORIL holds 49% stake. • Certificate of Incorporation received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs on July 02, 2026. • The LLP will undertake turnkey projects for railway coach refurbishment and allied activities. • ORIL's investment is via capital contribution of ₹4,90,000/-, aggregating to 49% of the LLP.
